H49 Example 3: Using semantic markup to mark emphasized or special text

- Result: Screen reader announces the text and the quotation marks. (Note: The CSS rules to suppress automatic generation of quotes referenced in Example 3 of H49 are not included in this sample because they are a bit outdated and were only required for much older browsers such as Internet Explorer 6.)
iOS 10.2.1, Safari browser is based on the iOS version, VoiceOver on iPad
- Result: iOS VoiceOver announces Helen Keller said, Self pity is our worst enemy and if we yeild to it we can never do anything good in the world. Note: iOS VoiceOver did not announce quotation marks in sentence.
